Comments:
The whole day today i was terrified that running-log.com had crashed. Thankfully it came back up. 30 minute easy chill run to loosen up. didnt do strength work yesteday so I caught up today!
crunches, planks, 2x30 single leg lunges per leg, 2x17 pushups, 30 minute yoga!
ps. drove for 2 hours today in my dads giantly wide car. first time entering multiple circles succesfully.
