with tj. i've missed running with him. nice and easy, but i really didn't feel all that great, and i'm not sure why considering i took yesterday completely off. discovered just how back my high school track team sucks when one of my friends told me what he ran today.
stretch, abs that were temporarily interrupted by some major wind, pushups.
