Practice at 10 down in the bowl. Got there early and did the warm up around the campus. Ran 2X50 seconds 2X36 seconds 2X22 seconds and 2X17 seconds and finished off with another 50 second run. Felt pretty good, but died hard on the last one which actually turned out to be 53. 21 minute cool down around the campus.
