Weather: sunny and breezy
Comments:
Did a two mile warmup by myself since the rest of the guys didn't stay on the towpath. The shins really hurt the first couple steps but once it got warmed up, it felt fine. I had to wear dad's flats today cause my kayanos were wet. Didn't use the orthotics either. The supination definitely decreased without them.
