Weather: sunny and breezy
Comments:
Did the Princeton XC course, then did the two mile loop to finish it off. Mile splits were 5:21, 5:36, 5:25, 5:22, 5:01, 5:22, 5:36. My 8k split was 26:45. I felt pretty controlled during the run and definitely felt better than I did last week. The second mile is definitely mismeasured because I definitely didn't go above 5:25 at any point during the run. Also, I don't think the 5:01 mile is correct either. I knew I was moving, I wasn't going that fast. The shin ached a lot but didn't necessarily hurt. It started hurting once I stopped though.
