8 repeat 200s (180s) with 200m recoveries (but extended recovery after the 4th)

felt exhausted - heat was getting to me. it was hard to stay motivated especially sprint after sprint. team and anthony helped a lot. was especially disappointed (VERY disappointed) by my last sprint because I wish I could have kept up my speed for just that very last one. I didn't think my work-out was that great and I just thought I only ran two sprints well. But luckily anthony talked me out of my frustration and made me realize that it actually went well. Julia also helped me realize this.
So in conclusion, I think the work out was pretty good. I had some very strong points, and a few week points (which now I realize is normal)
