Comments:
I was dehydrated to begin with after mowing today, plus the heat and a brutal wind made it impossible to hit my workout. It was also the first time adding hurdles in the repeats. I did the first two 1000's, but they were too slow. So then I did a couple 400s over hurdles so I could get in a little more fast running. I finished off with the mall loop with the Warriors.
