hard from 30-35 minutes when Stalker radio played Drake's Forever, and hard from 51-55 minutes during another good song. 5 minutes of backwards recovery/cooldown after the harder intervals. stretched afterwards. my ass is sore.

starting rehab w/ Chris tomorrow, whatever that entails, considering tendonitis is just an overuse injury that will be fixed immediately once I get my new shoes when the Brooks order comes in, a statement that is falling on Lanese's and the trainers' deaf ears.
