Weather: shirts off day... cloudy but humid and hot!

Comments:
we went for a 2 mile warmup to alec's house. i got my bag that i bought from nationals back from his house finally. we got back and stretched. then we did repeats of 200,200, 800. i did 3 repeats and then i did two more 200s but not the 800 of the fourth set. then we went on a cooldown and iced in the fp.
