Comments:
The burg was playing baseball up here so it was cool to see them playing. Pretty easy workout. Just a bunch of strider 200's with a tempo 1000 thrown in. Pretty much just tried to stride the pace and not really open up at all which I was able to do without too much trouble. And the 1000 felt real easy just kinda rolled on Vaughn who did a great job of pacing. Thanks.
Splits: 30.7, 32.1, 31.5, 30.8, 31.3, 30.8, 2:55, 31.5, 31.0.
The 200's were in sets of 2 with 100m between and 200m between sets. After 3 sets a quarter (really 500m) jog 1000 tempo quarter jog and then the last 2 200's with 200m between.
