we ran about 6 miles today from the track, and are planning a track workout tomorrow at the north smithfield track. hopefully it goes better than today because we were all almost dehydrated and i had to crap the whole time. not the best run. also forgot my knee braces and now they hurt a bit. tomorrow will be better tho, i just know it
