Weather: gorgeous, 65ish, breezy

felt waaaay better than yesterday. knee didn't hurt... too bad. ha. kinda sore i guess. talked to Jeff in the training room and he said that its just a manner of how much pain can you run through? so i'm not going to wreck my knee by running on it, but it could start to hurt worse. so it's important to not go crazy these next few weeks.
speaking of the next few weeks... racing at Monmouth May 1?
we'll see, kinda the goal but might not get there in time. hm.
also, learning steeple tomorrow. super pumped haha
