Speed Work

Weather: Cool, Overcast, Windy

Comments:
10 x 400m with 400m jog rest .75 warmup 1.25 cool down. Felt good and fast. For the speed work it is hard to go faster, but I don't feel worn out at the end of the workout. This is great for marathon training! The intervals were all around 70 to 73 with the last one at 69!
