headed out today wanting to do hills but mostly do a solid hour with a 150+ heart rate.. tough day.
My loop included Cougar Mt and in the middle of it I realized I was on tract for beating my fastest climb! Shaved two minutes off my benchmark.. which is pretty cool considering I was pushing it for a solid hour beforehand and then wasn't trying to "race" the hill... improvement! Time to beat: 16:38
