Comments:
Felt stiff at first, but started to really move at the end. Last mile on rail trail was 6:13 and it felt easy. I didn't want to slow down during the last surge. I just wanted to keep rolling all the way back to grum. Did hurdle drills after. Stretching, drills, water jump practice, worked with the hurdle coach to get a snap i my trail leg for the 400H.

Good day. Finally feel mentally prepared for a steeple. I've always been physically prepared, I just needed tuesday and today to really feel ready.
