Felt a lot better today. I was moving pretty quick the last half. My new theory on training is that I should not do many track workout's. I have had my best 5k races at the beginning of season, before I started any heave track work. I think it aloud me to run a pretty good 1500, but not good for the 5. More tempo type runs in the future.
