5.4 mile fartlek (40 seconds on, 2:20 off)
1.6 mile cool down
6:20-25 miles for warm up and cool down
Averaged 5:50-6:00 for fartlek, was pushing well but felt flat. Can't complain too much though based on the times.
First time shin felt good in a while, no pain at all.
