Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran down to the Johns Hopkins track through E 33rd street and back. Did two laps on the track. Really nice. I think it was mondo. Had to stop a few times because of traffic. However, I did not get chased by an hoodlums on their way to school. Running in the city does have its downsides. 4X100m strides afterwords.
