Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Started out cold but warmed throughout the day to get pretty hot by the end

Comments:
Ran the 1500 and 5k. 15 first
1500: Not to happy with this one. I just didn't have it the last 400 meters. I think thats more a mental thing than a physical one. I was leading the whole time and the wind was pretty hard on the homw streach. Went out pretty fast trying to jump on it to run a good time. Ended up setting up 3 other guys for semi good times. I shoulda just manned up the last 250 but I sucked and didn't. Oh well I'll most certianly will not lead at confrence and then I'll be in the position of power when the time comes in the last lap.
5000: This one I'm more happy with although the splits were atrocuois. I beieve there were at leat 3 80's in there. Got out to the front of the pack on instinct because thats what I do in the 1500. Robert moved up in front of me and I kind of just sat on him. Grogan passed him later and I went with him. I tried to lead to help as much as I could but I suck at pacing and thats gererally where the 80's were. Grogan pulled really well in the middle and that helped me a lot cuz I wanted to shoot myself for a couple of those middle laps. Its just a slog. I gottta fix that the next time I run it. Working the middle section is were I can make up a lot of time. I for sure know I can run faster than I did today. Last 200 in 32 thats evidence enough. 2pr's 3200: 9:58 first time sub 10. 5k: 15:39 first time sub 16 and a 30sec pr.
