Weather: Cooler but still shorts and t-shirt

Comments:
Ran long toady as usual. A little confilcted as to if I shoulda cut the mileage but decided not to because its still 2 weeks out on confrence. Felt pretty sluggish to start off I'm definitly tired from 4 miles of racing yesterday. It got better though as the race went on. Ran the same course as last week but didn't get quite as far in the first 45 as I did last time. Cahalk it up to a hard 5k instead of a hard 8.
