Weather: nice, warm, sunny

Comments:
2x(4x400) quick with 2 mins recovery and 5 mins between sets. 62, 62, 62, 61, followed by 61, 62, 62, 61. Felt really strong and didn't start to feel it until 6. Legs really got heavy on the last one but pushed through it. Turnover felt good. We did this workout last year around this time with 3 mins rest instead and i didn't even hit these times... Nice. Legs are still ridiculously sore lol
