Comments:
12 200s with 100 jog recovery and 400 jog after the set( 2 sets of 6). Wasn't feeling great today which made this pretty easy workout suck. Ended up running with Jeremy and hitting around 37-38 for most. Just tried to keep it relax and not push too hard. After the 200s we did this weird surge thing where you are paired with a partner and while you are running and 800 they randomly come up to you and surge and you have to go with them. Short cool down. Wore the orthotics for about a mile and a half today.
