Even though we have a meet tomorrow, i decided to train the girls thru somewhat today..we did a 3.75 warmup to Legion and back.
on the track..4 x 50 meter strides...
400 in 84
300 in 58
200 in 38
3 X-Factors on the FB field with the diagonals fast and recoveries on the ends.
worked on baton passing

The distance girls will be running in the 1600..800 and 4 x 400 events tomorrow.. the meet is going to be a solid workout day and, i believe they will still run fairly good times... weather could be some factor with temps in the 80's and sunshine. we shall see.. not too concerned about times.. just want the girls to compete hard with great efforts..
