Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
warmed up on the bike while the other girls ran. got surprisingly sweaty haha. did some steeple drills, they do them fast! also did circuit. then went outside and practiced stepping the barriers with Kerry. very fun, not quite as bad as I expected, and I can tell what I need to do to make it better so that's good I suppose. I'm actually excited for track, whoa.
