Warmup, 39th to Western, we turned back at 26 minutes somewhere along Western. Back the same way through mazza. The first half or so I felt like I was pushing to keep up but the last part ended up getting into the rythem. Foots getting better!
Planks, plank leg lifts, supermen at school, clams at home.
question, whats the difference between training and cruise? (in the interval type)
