Comments:
Warm up to AU, 4x800. Ran the first two in the back of the pack, next two Matt paced me (THANK YOU!) This felt like the best/strongest workout this season. I'm really excited to see what's gonna happen next Tuesday at flint hill//to see people Saturday. Everyone looks SO strong!!!!
