Got up at 6am to do this workout.
12 miles
1 mile warm up
Every 10 minutes 800 @ 2:40 pace.
First 800 was probably 2:18, then eased up to around a range of 2:20-30 but still went for 2:40 time.
Felt horrible, body wasn't dead or exhausted, mind was just shot at the idea that this is my one off day from work and I'm up at 6am training, rushing home to shower to then rush to York, rush out of York to Timonium, then get home late at night to start the day over again with a morning run followed by a 12 hour shift.
Fuck my life, rather be dead.
