6am Workout (1 mile off - 3 miles on)

1 mile off - 3 miles on

Ran at 6am.

Went out at 5:35 pace, dropped it to 5:25 for the second of three miles, and held there for the last mile. Wound up over-estimating the distance, ran farther than three miles, then ran the cool down faster than I thought I was going so that was long. In the end through off the second "3 miles". Second 3 miles became 2 miles.

Don't know what the first mile was of the second 'on', but the second mile was 5:23 uphill with a major 50-100m of shut down.

Decent run considering I wanted to be anywhere but running, especially before a 12 hour work day.

Fuck life.
