Comments:
6am workout.
3 mile warmup
6x800 with 2:00 recovery
2 mile cool down
Didn't need the full two minutes.
Had a psych out/meltdown session just before I started the workout at the idea I was going to work a 12 hour day immediately following the run. Wound up going out easy and working my way into it.
Ran the 800 on a hilly course where it was hilly regardless the way I was going. Coming back though wind was blowing super hard. Coming back also looks really deceiving and easy but you're going up a vicious, slow rising hill.

Kind of surprised I got that low but managed.
Was really expecting to be completely dead for the work day given how I used to feel for night classes after workout days.
