not a great race day... ended up just running it like a work-out, not in it for the times and wining... all three of my races were in a row with 20min between my 800 and mile, and even less between my mile and 400...
first ran 4x800. steady race. hamstrings just so tight and was so hard to loosen up my whole body (not sure why...)
then ran the mile. not a very strong race, but a descent work-out. really trying to loosen up, but i think on the last lap - or maybe just towards the end of the race - i nearly pulled my right hamstring... yeah, not good. but i ran anyway and ignored it. i pushed through it, but not to the point where i was really running hard and going to hurt it even more.
and finally, i ran the 400. started of strong. fell back a bit because felt like i was going to pull it again. but then got my sprint in for the last 100meters.
iced for like 15minutes (i hate icing)
