Veale, Murray Hill, Mayfield, Ford, Juniper, E115, NRV Track Afternoon, sunny and comfortable, with Grogan, Teare, Wade, and Cromer, drills, 4*50m striders
NRV Track
20*400m w/30 sec rest, 45 sec rest after slow intervals, 100m kickers after 14, 16, & 18th intervals, by myself, workout went ok, seemed to alternate between faster and slower intervals for some reason, some stomach issues, pit stop after the 18th interval before the kicker, splits: 71-78, had a difficult time focusing, time estimated

NRV Track, E115, Juniper, Ford, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
With Cromer and Grogan, got back to Veale just in time to clear out of the locker room because of the Research Showcase, walked back to NRV for an ice bath with Cromer, Cromer came up with a great idea to keep warm in the ice bath by holding a heat pad against your chest
