ran 2xmile as trial to see how good I feel for saturday's half

1st trying to run 5:20 ran 5:07 felt incredibly easy
2nd trying for just under 5 except the last lap and ran 4:48. Felt very good, very in control. Hopefully I feel good Saturday. Looking forward to the races for the next three days!!
