Exercise Type: Bike

attempted a work out in Joe Friel's blog... nearly killed me.
15min warm up
30 secs at max phyiscal output (hit 39 mph once!)
followed by 1.5 minute recovery. Fifhteen times.
After each set of five I did 20 step jumps (off the bike).
cool down. I nearly blacked out during the second sprint set and for a good half hour after the work out I was sure I was going to puke. Never experienced this in a cycling work out...?
