Weather: nice. early enough to not be too hot

Comments:
track workout! woohoo! since it's my first one I'm going to log it in obnoxious detail. 8x400 at 6:20-6:30 pace (95-98) with at least 60 sec between each.
I ended up taking a bit more than a minute, probably about 90. And I took a longer break after the 4th, as if it was 2 sets of 4x400.
Felt pretty good. Pretty awesome actually. I mean, out of shape of course, but it was hard in a good way. Didn't hurt my knees at all (sa-weet!!) and I was mostly on pace. One was a second slow.
Really glad I did it in the morning, before it go to be 80 degrees out.

P.S.- it rearranged the order of the intervals, how annoying. here are my times in the correct order:
