Comments:
Warmed up 1.5 miles then did 20 min. right at 3.5 miles. Felt really strong after doing some strength exercise with bands this morning with eric for lower legs. Last mile+ did in 5:20. Then jog a quick cool down, picked up noah and headed to coach track practice.
