11 or 12 laps. 1 warm up, stretch, 2 stretch and 3 mess with shoes. 4, mess with shoes, 5, 6, stretch, 20 situps, 7,8,9,10,11 or 12 with bit of walk and end stretch. say 11x800m

first 3 or 4 laps felt really sluggish and bad/tired. after 5 and 6, got in a slow groove to the end. hurt left knee. no sore calves.
