Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 mile w/u, 8x1000m @ threshold in the Airport. Was hitting around 3:30 for the thresholds, some higher. Was supposed to hammer 4 and 7, and split both of those under 3:10(in the 3:07-3:08 range). Cooled down for 2 miles, 4 hill bounds, 4 strides, and 3 minutes of barefoot jogging around some soccer fields after. Solid day...felt pretty good, 3:30 was coming easy. Overall pretty damn sore, but thats to be expected, i guess.

3:30, 3:38(pack told to slow down by coach), 3:33, 3:08, 3:30, 3:30, 3:07, 3:22(woops)
Had 30 minutes in the pool in the AM and some very light weight work.
