Pretty solid run today; NICE OUT, for a change.
DIETED from the woods loop; it's gonna be a couple WEEKS before that thing is dry enough to no resemble a swamp.
The stride is feeling BETTER & BETTER every day; if anything, I ran too fast today. The highlight: getting to the bike trail by Middlefield to find a 50m stretch of STANDING WATER. Took the shoes/socks off and "forded it". It got above ankle deep. WET AS F###.
No lift today. Just didn't have the time or energy.
