Good Fartlek

Comments:
Chris and I did a fartlek on MLK. Our intervals were 3 2 1 2 3 2 1 2 3 1 and the rest after each interval was half the length of the interval. We tried to do them at 5K race pace. Overall, it was really good and tough. And the sun came out!!
