Comments:
Am visiting the parents for the weekend, I tricked my brother into running the 200's with me. He did fairly well for a while. Mine were as follows.
33,33,32,30, break, 32,32,30,30 which is probably the fastest 200m workout I've done this side of high school. The calves weren't amused but they did survive.
