the week from hell that is.

about 11:15, over to mlk to the 1.5 mile mark and back. nice and relaxed, pretty sure i was slower on the way back but not by much. legs were a little tired but felt good for the most part. both achilles are feeling a little weird, which leads me to believe i need to replace my shoes, which is weird considering i only have like 300 miles on them.
