Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Outdoor track, a little rain but it had mostly cleared by now
Comments:
Reprise of a workout that we did earlyier in the year. 800 at about race pace with a hard 200 right after. Alone for the first 600 cuz Phil rolled his ankle and Colin (the man) pulled me through the last 400. Felt okay. These were a lot faster than last time though. Especially the 800's I believe the first one was about 2:07 and the other one was 2:10 after CoachL told me to ease up to get more of a pace change. Didn't finish quite as well as I would have liked but still hit 30's for the last bits. Overall good workout. I'll have to go back and look at what I did for this workout eariler in the year. Suprised my self that I was able to run this fast.
