Comments:
locker room was locked because of some basketball thing so I couldn't get to my shoes. So I wore my old Trainers. knees hurt. hopefully just because of the shoes and not because of any backwards progress...
wandered around some neighborhoods and looked at houses.
felt ok other than knee hurting I guess. didn't go really fast, kind of leisurely.
