Modified Michigan Loop: Access road, E118, Euclid, E115, access road
4*1200m tempo w/2 min recovery, estimated these at about 5:20 pace and felt good for them, the people outside the Euclid Tavern were surprised when they saw again and again and without fail, a car always was pulling out of the NRV garage onto E118 whenever we would run by

NRV Track
4*200m w/200m recovery, quick and relaxed, had to convince Coach on where the one turn stagger was, a bit fast for the first one but these felt good and smooth, splits: 34, 36, 36, 36

NRV Track, E115, Juniper, Ford, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
Had to run on the far side of the bridge to avoid being ambushed by Wade, stretch, 40 Ibis
