2 mile warm up

Felt like garbage, early in the morning, sun was beating down, it was hot, no bounce in my legs.

8x400s with 200m recovery

Since I was home I wanted to do a workout where somebody could be there to watch/time but because I had to do it in the morning it needed to be shorter since it was so hot. Wound up hurting bad around 4 and the whole time I was running with terrible form the whole way so the second four I was going to focus more on form. Number 6 I slowed down to make sure my form was good but after 150m it was serious work to keep my form together so I just called it a day.
