Ran 8x200 today with a minnute between and 3min after the first 4. Felt pretty good. My butt's sore from the run I did yesterday. But had pretty good pop considering my run yesterday. I wouldn't have traded it though. Was actually suprised with how I did that I was able to drop a couple 27.xx's without too much trouble.
Splits: 29.61, 29.60, 29.24, 27.78, 27.69, 27.97, 28.35(eased off).
Streach and abs after. Ice bath tomorrow
