Weather: high 60s and humid
Comments:
2x(4x300) with 1:30 rest in between and 5 min after the set. 43, 43, 43, 44, followed by 43, 43, 44, 44. Felt alright for the first two, but from the 3rd one on had to go out of the comfort zone. Last one was especially painful, legs were bricks from 50m on... Looked easy on paper but toughest workout so far this season. Guess it's good work though
