Ran 3 race pace 300's today. Felt good on all of them. Just tried to kinda settle. On the last one I got to the top of the home streach and pretty much saw the race. Moving down the streach I could feel myself feeling like I do in a race. Really felt like I was ready to blast off and light out for home with a quarter to go which is what I want to do on Sunday. Its all about feeling good now. Nothing hard but a few striders for the next four day. Gonna try to sleep a lot too to get good and recovered and ready to blow something out Sunday. Logging tonight I know its early... but I want it real bad
Streach, roll, abs, pushups
Knee feeling a little sore. Didn't affect me at all running but I definitly noticed it after I was done. Iced it and it feels alright now. We'll see in the morning.
