finally got in a run today, its been far too long.  the little flexibility i had is shot cause of lack of stetching, and my abs are getting quite fat cause if my extereme laziness.  idk how to fix this really but it needs to be fixed.  i actually got a decentish run in today, of about 5.5 miles, including going up silver hill and warming up for a mileish with theresa.  keep it up man, this is all u gotta do, get consistent so the summer wont suck so bad.  pace might be off a bit
