Started out with Grese, Jeff, and Paul Z., Jeff turned back at Coventry, Grese continued straight down N Park on the way back, seemed like Paul was pushing the pace near the start, pleasant run though, 4*100m striders on Van Horn, stretch, 40 Ibis in the grass
